Shipping Information:
All orders are filled by Corky and Holly Siegel themselves, and this hands-on approach does require a little extra time, especially when they are on the road. We'll do our best to have your order in the mail within 3-5 days.
We ship via USPS Media Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Orders sent via Priority Mail arrive much more quickly - usually around 3 days after they go out. Media Mail can take up to 10 days, but is less expensive. We package everything carefully. We do everything possible to be sure your order arrives at your home or office in perfect condition.
Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from our music store. You are welcome to return any CD or book to us for any reason within the first 14 days that you receive it. We will refund the full price of purchase, minus the shipping costs.
If a CD or book in your recent order has been damanged in shipping, please contact us and we'll make arrangements for a replacement.
